I used the Swallowtail on the body and fenders. This is all Tamiya paint with no clearcoat. The pistol grip of the Swallowtail helps me lay down smoother lines and a more even finish.
The frame, interior and all the small parts I used the GHAC-98D. I like using this for the small parts because for me it's easier to get in close and personal with the parts.
Using the two different airbrushes gives me the ability to do so much better work than befor.
Do I need two different kinds of airbrushes? No, but it sure makes painting cars so much better. Like I said, I can get up close and personal with all the fine detail, and do body work like a pro. My builds have really improved since I've gone with the two.
The results speak for themselves.
