GAAHLERI RETURN POLICY

We provide corresponding return policies for different situations, listed below:

  • Lost / Damaged / Wrong product
  • Return unopened parcel
  • Return opened parcel due to quality issues
  • Return opened parcel due to unwanted

SECTION 1: LOST/DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT

  • Parcel re-send in 24 hours
  • Extra fees fully covered by Gaahleri

Please send your order number, product information, proof images (photos or videos), and logistics tracking number in the form of an email to Gaahleri customer service (support@gaahleri.com).

Our exclusive customer service will verify your order and logistics information based on the proof images you provide. If any of above errors are confirmed, we will provide you with re-delivery service within 24 hours (you do not need to pay any fees again).

If you want to cancel the order, Gaahleri warehouse will refund the order amount to your original payment account within 3 working days.

SECTION 2: RETURN UNOPENED PARCEL

  • 30-day no reason to return service.
  • Refund within 3 business days

* Dear customer, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, not affecting secondary sales.

Please send your order number, product information, and logistics tracking number in the form of an email to Gaahleri exclusive customer service (support@gaahleri.com) within 30 calendar days after receiving the package.

Our exclusive customer service will send you the corresponding return LABEL, and you can contact any logistics company to return the goods (please make sure to paste the corresponding LABEL on the return package).

Gaahleri warehouse will refund the order amount to your original payment account within 3 working days after receiving the returned package (excluding the return logistics fee).

SECTION 3: RETURN OPENED PARCEL DUE TO QUALITY ISSUES

  • Reshipment of new parcel within 24 hours
  • Refund without return within 24 hours

Please send your specific product problem with photos or videos, order number, product information, and logistics tracking number in the form of an email to Gaahleri exclusive customer service (support@gaahleri.com) within 30 calendar days after receiving the package.

Our exclusive customer service will confirm and verify your problem.

Two possible results:

  1. If the product is determined to be a quality issue, we will provide you a re-shipment of a new parcel within 24 hours. The extra fees will be fully covered by Gaahleri. However, if you want to cancel the order, Gaahleri warehouse will refund the order amount without return to your original payment account within 24 hours.
  2. If the product is determined not to be a quality issue, we will do our best to help you solve the problems found in the process of use. If you want to cancel the order, please refer to SECTION 4.

  • 30-day no reason to return service.
  • Refund within 3 business days
