We have optimized our warehousing and logistics system. Currently, we operate five global warehouses located in New Jersey, USA; California, USA; Lutterworth, UK; Buseck, Germany; and Ningbo, China. In 2025, we plan to add two more warehouses in Canada and Australia to improve local delivery speed and reduce shipping costs.
The New Jersey and California warehouses primarily serve customers in the United States and Canada.
• United States: We offer USPS Ground, USPS Priority, and FedEx to meet cost-effective shipping needs for small packages (airbrushes and accessories) and larger packages (with compressors). Note that not all shipping options may apply to orders containing compressors. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and displayed during checkout. Orders over $99 qualify for significant shipping discounts.
• Canada: We work with DHL for Canadian shipments. However, due to ongoing strikes and high loss rates in Canada, we have temporarily suspended shipping to Canada. We will resume service as soon as the situation improves.
• United Kingdom: The Lutterworth warehouse serves UK customers, offering Evri, UPS, and Royal Mail as shipping options. Note that not all shipping options may apply to orders containing compressors. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and displayed during checkout. Orders over $99 qualify for significant shipping discounts.
• Germany and EU: The Buseck warehouse serves Germany and other EU countries, working with GLS and DHL as logistics partners. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and displayed during checkout. Orders over $99 qualify for significant shipping discounts.
Orders in these regions are fulfilled by the Ningbo warehouse in China. We currently support SF Express and plan to integrate DHL Express to meet diverse customer needs. • Delivery times are not guaranteed. Generally, delivery takes 2 to 10 business days, but delays may occur due to logistics providers, weather conditions, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors.

• Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, including transit time (5-10 business days), return processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).
